Default Notice
I have a Default Notice from a mail order catalogue for arrears, for services I didn't order. I haven't signed any of their Credit Agreements and they are claiming it was a verbal agreement, which they can shove because I didn't agree at all.
Any ideas about what happens next or what I can do about it?

Its not quite that. The services in dispute are extended warranties for other people's things.
The catalogue wouldn't let me cancel them, some of which I hadn't even ordered, and kept renewing them automatically. That's why I stopped paying. They then increased the amount dramatically by adding "administration charges"
