Housing Benefit. Help Please.

The Local Housing Allowance for my area is £87.69 per week for a two bedroom house. I am only receiving £68.00 per week. I only have my State Pension and a small private pension of £56.00 per week.

Can someone tell me why I don't receive the full amount allowable? I really don't know what to do and I hope this question doesn't get people's backs up.

Please forgive me if I am speaking out of turn. This seems very complicated. Would a visit to Citizens Advice be any help do you think.?

Thanks Yorky, Bobbie and of course you Eddie. I've done the PC estimator and the answer was a big zilch.
I've been to the CAB about another problem I have since being widowed but I'll go back again. Such is life.
