Where can I buy a stand-alone miniature shop already built and painted

I am looking for a miniature stand-alone shop already built and painted which I could add my own shop fittings too.
I want to give it as a gift for my mum who loves knitting so I want to do it up like a old wool or haberdashery shop.
Can anyone tell me off a good website, I have looked at some dolls house websites but I can find ones that have a stand-alone shop or a shop box.

Couldnt find a shop but this has a little sweet shop stall type thing that may work!?? And this has loooads of tiny wool
