Paypal - putting money back onto your card

i have a paypal account. is the only way to get the funds back into your account by the means of a direct transfer of funds using your sort code and account number (takes 5 days)
i use an electron card connected to my current account.

Is there another way that you can think of that you'd prefer they use?
Bear in mind that when they take the money from your account via your debit card they are given permission by the bank to take it when you click "Submit" to deposit money but they don't have the money physically in their account until 2-5 working days later (look at a bank statement).
They can credit your paypal account instantly because when the payment is authorised by you on their website they have a guarantee that they'll have your money in 2-5 working days without actually "physically" having the money at that instant.
My point is that the money takes a while to go in either direction
