mortgage protection lost value

My policy over the last 3 years has lost considereable value & will not now make the projected value; my insurers will not reply, with an explanation. What should I do?

A reduction in value is not necessarily grounds for complaint. That is the risk you take with an endowment policy - some you win, some you lose.

Of course, this should all have been explained to you at the outset, and if it wasn't then you may have a claim down the old misselling route...
