premium bonds
I've read on anotherv web site that ERNIE is not throwing up random numbers!!! ernie somehow remembers combinations and keeps using them. that's why some ppl win more anhd others never win.
The engineers have put in, or are putting in a new computer.I've won a couple of times small amounts but not for ages.Mind you I havn't got thousands. One of the ppl on the other web site said thay have had 30k for years and never won a sausage
Have you heard anything about this with ERNIE ?

I've had 5 worth of Premium bonds for over 40 years too without a win but as these odds are far superior to the National lottery I've begun to invest in premium bonds what I used to spend on lottery tickets!!
I put 30k in 3 months ago and have so far won 100,150 and 200 in the 3 months I've been in, so not sure if the 'remembered numbers' theory is true, as I am fairly new to the scheme.
From what I can make out, premium bonds are only really worthwhile if you are investing between 20-30k, anything less would be more worthwhile in an ISA or deposit account.
