[some content of post removed by AB ED] ..... If your situation is as dire as you state,  then stop wasting your time researching on how to wriggle out of your dilema and start a dialogue with your lenders.  I'm sure they will be sympathetic to your situation, if genuine.  Some form of minimal, monthly repayment may be acceptable to them - 10 per month?!?  You'll still be paying from beyond the grave!
Interpoldon't cover India. Just arrange a re-payment plan with your lenders. How did you manage to get that much finance if you have no real ties to this country?? - The fact that you have paid so much to the UK universities bares no matter on what you owe the financial instituttions - If you were in the states, you would have paid a lot more than that. I have completed a law degree and a masters degree and, although the British government paid a lot of the fees, I will be paying for these through my taxes, so you haven't really paid anyting that we all would have to pay.
Good luck anyway.

if you were a student from India studying in the UK then you would have had to satisfy the British High Commission in India that you would be able to pay for your fees and subsistence for your entire course in the UK without recourse to loans or public funds. It appears to me that you were successful in obtaining your student visa by fraudalent means as it is clear rom your debts that you could not pay for your subsistence in the UK without loans or work. Technically your visa should be cancelled and you should be removed from the UK if you are still here. If the banks approach your University then they will in turn inform the authorities about your financial circumstances and in the end you will get on a database that is linked to the Immigration authorities. So if you apply for a visa in a british high commission it could trigger to the authorities as to your whereabouts.
