Is it true that when you apply for DLA the third time round that legally they cannot refuse you and they have to give it to you?

lol It would be bizarre if that were true

Everyone would claim it and just appeal until the 3rd one and everyone in the UK would be claiming
ah, one of those friends 3 x removed by marriage?
