OK, it's the Mail again, but I'm glad my bank doesn't use foreign call centres.

Even though I never ring my bank I'd be worried about the security of my data held overseas. Having said that, it's common for banks to have some IT development work handled overseas and maybe some customer data processing is done over there too.
