Is the bank breaching company law
13 Answers
My husband has received some very important correspondance from his high st bank. He found it difficult to reply as the letter only contained the bank's logo and nothing else at all such as address or telephone number etc.
I understand that ltd companies must display the reg office, and company reg number on their stationery. Does this apply to a PLC bank who is prevalent on our high st but is Hong Kong based ?
