Can you make sense of you "Orange" online bill?

They appear totally screwed up to me

It says my current Balance is £-104.40

Bill total £181.84

Amount due £17.94

we are all paid up and not behind with any payments and our account is due on the 22nd of each month.

Have you been abroad lately and racked up any roving charges, or gone over your data cap (if you have a smart phone), going over by even a few MB can rack up exorbitant charges, you may not even be aware if updates to apps on your phone are done automatically.
I don't think RATTER15 is querying the charges, barney- I think he's saying the figures don't add up
Perhaps it is on a regular payment plan but, as Barney suggests, you have exceeded your allowance and have to pay £17.94 for those premium rate calls late at night.

I have never gone over my allowance on anything, this bill does cover two phones, the bills just never make sense!! I think even customer services are just as confused, we have this problem every month. When we phone customer services they up with figure that just tally with anything online!!

Where does £-104.40 that means they owe us! its all mad!!
Ask for a complete breakdown on everything that you are being charged for. Threaten to take your custom elsewhere if they drag their heels (providing you aren't locked into a long term contract).
