I have recently signed an agreement to have new windows installed, and paid 50 deposit. I have also signed a contract for finance to pay for the windows, this is for 7,650.00 at an APR of 19.6%. I have passed the cancellation date of the contract, if I was to cancel the windows would I still be liable for any payments.

You could also say you cant afford the repayments due to personal circumstances and see if they would be willing to cancel the agreement.
You are bound by contract as the previous aber said but some companies can be sympathetic to changes in circumstance and cancel the agreement.
