PPI

A rather long question but please bear with me. My wife and I ran up substantial debt a number of years ago. We entered an IVA and were progressing through the agreement. At the time I was working away and then managed to get a job closer to home, although with lower pay. We ended up defaulting on the IVA which subsequently finished before all creditors were paid. I was then contacted directly by all the creditors from the previous IVA agreement and I discussed with them a payment schedule directly. Again, we were sticking to the agreements with all creditors (via their collection agents) but then I managed to get a different job with a hugely increased salary, with an annual bonus added. On the occasion of my first bonus I contacted all the agents with whom I had an agreement and arranged a final settlement figure. I paid these lump sum settlement figures and was then technically free of all debt. However, as I initially entered an IVA, the IVA company were paying only a percentage of what I was giving them to my creditors. I have then contacted creditors through their collection agents and paid a reduced settlement fee. I know that at least 2 of the creditors on the IVA were charging me PPI on the initial agreement, but my question is do I have a case to reclaim the PPI even though I defaulted and only repaid a percentage of the debt?
Thanks all.
Thanks all.

I have since been contacted by a number of PPI agents and they all tell me that I can still claim it back even though I haven't made anywhere near all the repayments. I would also be interested to lnow if this is true as I haven't taken them up on it yet.
