What can I do if approached by a loan shark?

Was looking for a loan and one contacted me. Should I borrow or not?

You meet the guy down a dark alley and he gives you the money in a brown envelope.
No mention is made of interest rates and all of a sudden you find you owe him far more than you borrowed.
You cant afford to pay it back and he comes round your house and threatens you and the kids.
Then you find you car has been vandalized.
Then one of your kids is mugged by one of his mates in the street to "frighten" him.
Then you get beaten up down a dark alley.
Then eventaully you have to borrow more money of ANOTHER loan shark to pay back the first loan shark, and the cycle starts all over again.
Whats wrong with that?
