My daughter applied for a loan in Oct 2004. Did not get it as she had been messed about so much by them,the final telephone call was made today (as it seems they are still conning people even after the article posted here in November 2004) All she wanted was her �49.50 back as the loan was not secured but has been told shey cannot get it back!! Can they legally withhold her money after not doing what it was meant to do? Are they a BONAFIDE company?
