This Is A Question About Virgin Media
6 Answers
So - groans all round! I have all my entertainment, television, broadband, and telephone, (landline and mobile) with Virgin Media. I want them to send my account via email to save paper and to save money so I have been trying to arrange this on this computer. I get into the website all right but then they want a username and a password and they will not accept the username, which is my email address. I used the email address they suggested and they still would not accept it. Tried ringing them but they want me to give letters of my password, which believe it or not, I do not have (a password that is). I cannot get past this stupid woman who keeps insisting for this. Any suggestions ? - I am getting more and more frustrated.

You do have a password (honestly!) but you've just forgotten it!
No problem. Get a new one here:

Starbuckone - as Buencho has said, you did originally have a customer password which Virgin gave you. However, they can identify your account from your landline telephone number.
Apart from the original password, when you open an online paperless account (ie to pay by Direct Debit) the application forms asks for a username and password. You can create this password yourself.
