I ordered an item in bulk and it hasn't come ? Just emailed them today.

Is it a scam ? They don't even have a registered address on the site.

I'm sorry clinkaty, I would never buy from a website without a checkable contact address. I hope you haven't lost a lot of money :-(

Alarm bell ringing number 1 in my head:
There's no postal contact address on that website, which is illegal for UK-based internet traders.

Alarm bell number 2:
There's no phone number. It's not a legal requirement but any responsible trader would normally show one.

However the person registering the domain name has, it seems, at least met with the requirement to reveal his identity here:

That's no time at all, clinkaty, not with the Christmas post - it's only 5 days since you paid, assuming they don't pack and mail for a couple of days. I'd give it at least another week.
