Can i insist on veiwing all the customer notes a company have about my phone conversations with them.

You are legally entitle to them under the Data Protection Act, however, the company may and most likely will charge you a fee to obtain the records.

And off the record, there is a good chance that anything incriminating may "not have been noted" by them if you know what I mean.
