The OP shows that giving out because there is a kid hasn't allowed the natural hardships from irresponsible breeding to apply the natural brake on their activities. Maybe after 2 there should be a stop to further child benefit, and an offer of a free sterilization on the NHS instead ?

Why bother ....when I'm in a nursing home and the state has sold my house to pay for it , I will be sat next to someone like Philpott who has had a life of leisure and paid for by the state.
