why dont these poor countries print more money so they will have more money e.g. if they need a million pond to feed their people then why dont they print another million pound? i dont understand! if your short of money then print more!

Problem is, the money has to be backed by something of value.  If it's not, then it's worthless, especially for international trade.  Look at German history after the WW I as one example to see what happens when money is distributed without proper backing...

Basically inflation.  The more money there is the less it's worth.  The example of Germany is perfect, eventually the currany was so worthless that people were literally buring it as fuel.  The entire economy had to be made over so that the money would be worth something.
