Im Claiming Back Ppi From Blackhorse,they Havent Replied To Me, What Shall I Write?

hi, im claiming back ppi from Blackhorse, I sent a complaint letter & copy of agreement, and received a letter saying that I need to provide them with statements showing payments made towards ppi, I sent them a couple of statements copies more than a month ago and haven't heard anything since. I guess they didn't think I would have copies of statements to forward them as its from few years ago.
what can I write to them to hopefully make them send me what im owed, thanks in advance.

Just chase up whoever you sent the bank statements to, to the address on the letter they sent to you. It's not a quick matter - but at least you should get an acknowledgement.

I hope you are keeping copies of everything you send, in case you get asked for it again....

PS It's not automatic repayment either, some banks are arguing that we knew what we were signing up for, so it's not automatically treated as mis-selling. My claim against one of the major banks has gone to the Ombudsman.

thanks for your reply boxtops, its nearly a year since I started the claiming ppi back from blackhorse, probably it will be ages if I hear anything good.
