sorry i don't really understand your question - the bill is the same amount, no matter how you pay it. Surely it will depend on factors such as if you have to exchange currency, whether there is a charge for conversion, whether the payee makes a charge for paying in a different currency, method of payment, bank charges etc as to how much it costs you overall?

in Euros, when you choose US dolls you may be charged...fees, currency exchange rates...and so on.
