Yes, obviously, if one number is less than the other, and the unit of weight is the same ( eg. oz, grams etc ) then the lower number is obviously less than the higher number. X

Ah, you mean on eBay! - we have a postage chart here in the UK so we can tell in advance how much the postage is going to me (and I always weigh all my items before I list them, adding a bit extra for the box etc.)

The number 1.6 comes between 1 and 2.. The number 1.5 is exactly half way between 1 and 2, and 1.6 is a little bit more than 1.5 but is still less than 2
