Is It A Good Idea To Exchange Euros To Swiss Francs ?

Hi,

my partner has her German assets in Euros. She is interested in buying Swiss Franks as she worries about the Euro. I know nothing is permanent but is it a good idea?

Depends what the exchange rate of the euro against the SFr is now and historically. Various foreign exchange sites give that information. Sfr is a very steady currency , historically very sound.

Where would she deposit this currency or would she buying bonds with it ? Not sure what bonds the Swiss have.
