Paypal Cash Has Vanished?

I was sent some cash via paypal by my son but it has vanished . The cash has left his paypal but there is nothing showing on his account as to where it went the account just shows zero with nothing to show any payment was made.
It has not appeared on my paypal either , that shows zero. We have tried to phone paypal but they are not there until tomorrow morning.Any one had this and what happened?

Not happened to me, Eddie - I've received and made three payments in the last few days. No probs evident (as yet).

Have you changed the dates so that you are using the right search period?

Seems odd.

Are any transactions at all showing on his history?

Did he actually have enough in his paypal account or ae his linked bank account details still valid?

If he had no money in his account has he checked whether money has gone from his linked bank account? If it hasn't gone from his bank then nothing has been lost and he just needs to try again.Have you checked whether the money has appeared in yours?

Good point factor - money sent by PayPal but from the linked account doesn't show in his transactions.

It's Ok now it suddenly appeared about 2 hours later. Some sort of techno glitch?
