I have just got married. What is the process by which I go about getting my name changed with the national insurance people?

Simply write to them quoting your NI Number and enclosing a copy of your marriage certificate.

I was just about to ask the same question!

On my National Insurance Card I have the wrong name and they will have a very old address.

Who do I write to, so that I can be issued with an up to date card?
