Phoned to ask details of account to pay offspring's fees. Spoke with growling harridan who appeared to confuse somebody offering payments with her previous existence as a leg-breaker for a loan shark. Asked to speak with superviser after second time of being asked 'an wot yer gonna duuu?'
Wondered if anyone else has had dealings with this bunch of charmers.

I haven't had problems apart from having to answer lots of security questions.

I'm not sure of the circumstances in which you'd want to pay off fees though- in fact isn't there now a penalty for doing so. Martin lewis recommends NOT paying them off other than the normal deductions from offspring's pay
