i have been unsuccessful in obtaining info to become licensed, or certificate rqmnts, education courses, costs for clasees, time length before I'm actually out there getting the cars and making money. bonding & insurance issues, forms and agencies to apply at or that govern the laws. do i need some hours of training w/a established repo or can i open my own business just by following a doable guide that will get me started? do i need to apply, take tests whats the criteria?
