If I wanted to remortgage a property which has protected tenants in it, which lenders would entertain it? Most of the lenders I spoke to won't touch it with a barge pole

I read your query with regard to remortgage of a house with protected tenants.

I work for an investment company that purchases these types of investment.  T

There are no lenders, to my knowledge, that will lend simply because, like you, they too cannot get vacant posession should they have to reposess the property.
