Hi Bob - is it for a residential property or a commercial venture?
Leased or owned?
The reason I ask is if you are about to rent, you can normally tie in the LL to sort out the electrical supply & meter before you take over the lease - Particularly in a commercial property if the unit has been split.....?

If you are a tenant check your lease to see if you are bound by contract not to change or not to change without LL permission
