Selling Endowment policies

Has anybody had any experience selling endowment polices to any of these companies that buy semi-completed ones - this is a policy about half way through a 25 year term for �60,000.

Any tips? companies to try or avoid?

I've already received compensation for mis-selling and the level of risk associated, means I don't fancy seeing it through to the full term
