They have 8 weeks to tell you if your claim has been successful then they should pay out within 28 days.

Have you been given an acknowledgement of your claim, with a claim number?
If the claim is contested by the lender and has to be referred to the Financial Ombudsman, their waiting time is towards 2 years. Hopefully the lender will pay out your mis-sold claim !
