I have been looking into property crowd funding and a Company called PropertyPartner as they have a few houses in my area.

I think everything looks ok but can't help feeling too nervous to make a commitment.

Does anyone have any experience in either crowd funding or this Company?

Any help or advise gratefully received.

Phew!! I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Too many, unknowns.

Rule has to be not to gamble more money than you can afford.
Spread your savings around.

Yes, that's what I was trying to OG, I have some savings accounts, Premium Bonds and a BTL but was looking for something else, as you say spreading it around.
