Claiming Tax Back From Pension Withdrawl

I have taken early retirement and have a small superannuation pension only. I have recently withdrawn two small pot pensions lump sums and apart from the first 25% I have been taxed. The companies advised me to reclaim the tax which was stopped but I don't know how to do this. I have made many attempts to ring HMRC - but am kept on the phone incessantly.
