Which bank will give me the best interest rate? I think the Prudential can offer 4% but the Halifax is really low.
Thanks for any answer on this

A Santander 123 current account will give you 3% if you have between £3000 and £20000 in the account.

There are some charges but also some other financial benefits.
4%? Is that a savings account?
Best interest rate....on what?
best interest rate for how long, on how much money, with instant access etc etc etc.
You can get some limited 5% deals but they are limited to only a few thousand pounds and there are strings attached- eg pay in £1000 a month and do a full current account switch

Thanks for the replies. I was also told Prudential do 4% interest. I think that is a saving account.
The abswer still depends on several factors such as how much you have to invest, how long you can tie your money up for and whether you can comply with other conditions
have a look at paragon bank for rates
Paragon looks okay but even their best rate which requires having money tied up for 5 years is 'only' 3.1% so it can't beat the suggested 4%- however I am not aware of any Prudential account/bond that guarantees 4%.
