Anyone Taking Apple Cider Vinegar For Health Benefits?
36 Answers
I've heard a lot about the alleged benefits of this with claims of it aiding digestion, weight loss, detox etc. Interestingly one advocate even suggests using it for indigestion discomfort because the stomach needs more acidity when processing food, not less. The vinegar would obviously provide this.

I don't think it hurts to keep an open mind with some of these though. I think there are plenty of us who put our faith in conventional medicine yet also aren't too naïve to think they have all the answers. Although Pharma is big business these days, many drugs have humble origins. Also I was thinking more of the possible lifestyle benefits rather than disease treatment. Thanks for your comment.
I have used it many times for sore throats and indigestion. But remember you need to use the one from health shops with the " mother" . That 's the bits and pieces in it. Unrefined I think. Normal cooking apple cider vinegar will not work. I have used it when I had cystitis once too. I always have a bottle in. For a sore throat you need to gargle with it ( diluted )
