Does anyone out there have a Bradford & Bingley esavings Account (2)? Is there a �1 transaction fee each time you make either a deposit or withdrawal?

According to the t&c:

3.2.2 All deposits and withdrawals are subject to a minimum �1.00 per transaction.

Is this the norm with all online accounts? How come it's hidden away in the t&c and not made clear in the general blurb? If it's a minimum of �1 what's the maximum?! They don't say if they charge a %age of your transaction or what.
