Paypal Refund

My seller has received my return goods, on 21st June but no refund as yet, even though I have opened a Returns thingy with ebay. If he doesnt pay, how do I get my refund? Will ebay or paypal help?

yup, they can charge the seller back and give you the money and I think there is a fee payable by the seller for this.
