has anyone got one? Do you know when the rate is likley to go down given the recent lowering of the base rate? I can't find my paperwok at the moment.
on the website it's giving me my expected payments for the next six months, but those show no decrease. do they have a lower limit on rate, or is there a certain time before it comes through?

I've just found the answer to your question by accident! As I, like you, would have assumed that 'the beginning of September' meant 'from the 1st of the month', all I was able to suggest was that you phone Santander for clarificatio n.
