As more people are expected to holiday in UK this year because of exchange rates. Lack of time off from employers and school holidays.

Anywhere in beautiful Wales and with a friend (plus our dogs)!

Always enjoy time in Cornwall, Falmouth, St Ives all the touristy bits, and go as a Couple.

We did, at one time, have plans to retire there, but it's too full of old people nowadays tbh.
I love Cornwall. Been there a few times now.

I went to Edinburgh last summer and loved it.
Scotland every time either the islands or the highlands.
Yes, I love Edinburgh too.
I'd take a holiday at home and send my OH out for a fortnight.

Bless him.
IOWight for the ferry, beaches, walks, seaview, fresh molluscs, pubs & shops. Alone but might pull ;)

If my wife and I were younger and fitter, we'd go to the Scottish Highlands every time, and climb every mountain in sight.
OH and I usually go to Norfolk, might go again this year.
Northumberland coast...Bamburgh, Seahouses etc
The Peak District. There is so much to see and do.
When we go on holiday in the UK we always make a mini tour of it. So we would drive from Cheshire to North Yorks for a night, then a couple of nights on the North East coast and then a night in the South Lakes say before coming home. We may also throw a night in a larger town/city as well.
After watching the Tour de France I'd like to explore Yorkshire, accompanied or not I don't mind.
Aye, appen ah've jus set up as a Yorkshire guide, sithee, nah then...
We live in Norfolk, so you could argue that live is one long holiday! We love Yorkshire, Derbyshire and South Wales, but have never ventured all the way down to Cornwall, so that's probably my answer.

Having said that you can't beat a couple of days in London in between holidays.
I have been visiting Cornwall for 50 yrs plus now and still love it. Porthtowan a lovely little cove and is my idea of heaven. Great place to stay and easy to reach most parts of Cornwall in 40 mins.
Noted Shoota.
I love so many parts of the uk it's hard to choose one destination. We've been lucky enough to spend lots of time exploring loads of places, I even love it in the rain. Some places are a total, wonderful surprise, some are not worth repeating, but all are worth a visit,
