Selling Animal Treats At Markets

Hello I plan to start to bake and make animal biscuits to sell at Farmers Markets.

Besides public liability insurance and a food hygiene cert do I need a trading standards cert? I've not heard of this before but someone said I do?

We sell glass Wardian cases....trading standards asked me if we made our own glass.....!! Check with the market....for example we have to have a fire extinguisher. A chat with management will make your start much more relaxed.....such things as what time you need to be there to set up, how big your trading area will be...what you need to supply for your stall etc etc etc!
