After inadvertently ending a fraud claim on a refund that was due to me (the advisor on the phone worded in a different way), that money was taken away from me. After having explained myself to another more competent advisor, i was told they would look back into reclaiming my claim. He seemed sure about it but i am doubting it

young people always try to do it on the phone and you must get into the habit of recording on paper or your computer your version of what was said.

Fraud is a big deal and I am afraid some clerks try their damnedest to think you have withdrawn / terminated whatever it is they are employed to sort out
