I am experiencing great fianancial problems.


I am struggling to pay debts and reached crisis point.


My car is a hefty �153 a month and i really need to give it back as I cannot afford it.


problem is i still have oustanding finance on it, I have not paid half of it yet to return it under that clause, so what can i do im in a sticky wicket.


Any ideas I dont think i could sell it as it has finanace outstanding.


Im getting desperate

What you want to do is sell the car, explain to the person/garage that you have finance outstanding on it.


They can then pay the finance company direct, and you can pay any shortfall.


First thing to do is get a settlement figure from the finance company.

Yep as Vic says.


I once bought a car like this and the seller told me about the finance. Once we agreed the price she showed me the settlment figure (don't show the figure before) and gave me the reference details I paid the finance company direct and the agreed price was only about �200 away from the price.
