Income & house prices

Anyone know any sites where I can find average incomes & average house prices and associated costs( Water rates, Council Tax etc). Countywide, or preferably by council area.

http://www.upmystreet.com/ gives average house prices based upon postcodes.

For information on council tax just go to the website of the appropriate council. (Remember that, outside of metropolitan areas, you'll need to refer to the district council, not the county council).

For water rates, go to the web site of the relevant water company.

For average incomes just go to http://www.statistics.gov.uk/ and enter 'income' into the search box. (You'll be able to choose between regional breakdowns of personal incomes, household incomes, household disposable incomes, etc).
