If handing back a car under voluntary termination, do you sto have to insure the car until it’s collected? Company coming to collect and inspect the car say yes but have also read elsewhere that when you exercise your right to voluntarily terminate and no longer use the car, everything ends then. Nothing has been cancelled so far just in case!

im sorry, i am not a law person but it would be very odd if you didnt have to insure it - what if it rolled of your drive and caused a pile up?
