About 6 weeks ago I purchased an item. It never arrived...the seller said she'd had a bereavement, promised to send, didn't. I opened a resolution case, got a refund. A week ago, I wasn't in to receive a signed for letter. It was re-delivered yesterday...it was the necklace. I also found a message from the seller asking if I'd received it.
Now, my problem is...how do I contact eBay about this change, and how do I pay?

go into contact option at bottom of home page and take it from there

I've looked at that already and all the options seem to relate to returns, non payment and that sort of thing.
I'm tired now...will have a look again tomorrow.
