Tesco Club Card Points

I know I should check with them, but just a quick question to you folks.
I have had a Tesco Credit Card for about four months now, but nowhere does it say how many club card points I have earned.
Do you have to join separately. Is it not automatic?

They are, or should be shown towards the bottom of your receipt.

Once you have a clubcard, then you are in the system. The points you've earned are then posted to you. Unsure how often, probably every 3 months.
You can also see on receipt how many points earned per shop.

As said you get sent a statement every 3 months with the vouchers for the points you have earned.

if you havent linked a clubcard to your credit card in the set up process, you wont be earning any points. do you actually have a clubcard?

Bednobs, I do not have a credit card but I still get club car points.

I didn’t particularly link my Tesco Credit Card to a club card. Don’t have a club card. I thought it was it was automatic.

Jenny, you need a club card, but I don't think you need a credit card.AS I said earlier I don't have a credit card but i still get my points.

Yep, clue's in the word "Clubcard"...how can you expect to get Clubcard points if you're not in the Club ? ie have a Clubcard account.

LOL I was going to say that this morning but thought it was too obvious. You have to have a clubcard to get points (whether you have a credit card with them or not)

Yes...you have to present you clubcard/fob everytime you make a purchase regardless of how you pay. You might get extra points for using a Tesco CC.

If you didn't already have a clubcard, I expect they registered you for one when you got the credit card.

You might even find your clubcard number on your credit card if you squint.

A Tesco credit card is a clubcard, you'll need to register your details with them, if you haven't already.

I worked in Tesco and a lot of people used to have their Tesco credit card swiped for the points, even if they were paying by another method.

Tesco Credit cards and Tesco Clubcards are not the same thing Credit cards are linked with your bank. All Clubcards do is allow you to accrue points and have nothing to do with your bank.
