Credit Builder With Cashplus Card

i applied for cashplus card, they asked did i want to apply for their credit builer account where as they borrow you £70.00 over the year but do not actually give you the money, it is put down as a loan and when you pay back each month or whatever this payment is sent to credit agency data system and all credit agencies see iot has been paid by me ( if you know what i mean )

was this a good thing to do ? im guessing yes as it will surely show as a loan and will show that i repaid with all payments on time each month.
