How Do I Know If My New E Mail Address Is Link With E Bay & Paypal

I have sold several items on E Bay and it states as having been paid by PayPal on E Bay but funds are not showing in my Pay Pal Account.
It would appear that these payments have gone to my old e mail address which is now closed and can not be re-opened.
How do I get payment sent to my new e mail address.
I have had 'live' chat with E Bay several time and it is a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at PayPal.
Any help/suggestions appreciated :(

Yes, just log onto paypal and change the email details. Much easier than ringing them, and if you did get through they'd probably tell you to login and change it anyway

Or if you already have two paypal accounts (one for old email, one for new) then just log into ebay and link it to the new paypal account

It is already showing as my new e mail address, and I have checked that it is correct, which it is.
I changed this address about a week ago and sales from Friday have still not got through - on E Bay they say 'pending PayPal'
Any other suggestions, please?
