I have an Abu Dhabi savings account and a Dubai current account. I worked in Dubai for 5 years and came home to the Uk for good 18 months ago. Apparently I left with an unpaid bill which I know nothing about and now my current account has been frozen. How can I find out who I owe money to and how much. I just want to pay the bill and unfreeze my account. How can I go about this. I don't want to go over there as my passport may be held. John.
